15 Years
I came to the realization last weekend that it’s been fifteen years since Jessi and I first met. We met at Phantom Regiment’s audition camp for the 1991 season. She was 17, and I was 19. She claims that she knew when she met me that weekend that she would marry me someday. I wasn’t so certain. I certainly couldn’t have told you that fifteen years later we would be approaching our tenth wedding anniversary.
It’s been an interesting ride, to say the least, but well worth the trip! She and the kids are the best part of my life, and one I wouldn’t trade for anything. Sometimes it is truly amazing where life ends up taking you. Anyway, happy fifteen years, and less than one month to go before our tenth wedding anniversary!
