Space Shuttle Video
The current space shuttle mission, STS-121, had some new camera views during the launch to try and detect andy foam shedding from the external tank. Two of the camera views were created by cameras located on the Solid Rocket Boosters (SRB’s) and were just released during the last day or so. They provide some pretty awesome views. One set of camera footage released looks down the booster towards Discovery’s wing and the footage follows from just before launch to well after the booster splashes into the Atlantic Ocean. It’s pretty incredible footage.
