Well, I think Willie has finally decided he’s going to be with us for a while. Over the past week, we’ve finally seen some behavior from him that you’d only see from an animal that seems content in his surroundings. The big one happened last night. I was upstairs for a little bit, and when Jessi and I came back down, his bed was empty. A quick scan of the floor showed he wasn’t there either. It turns out, he had jumped up on the couch to take a nap. It’s the first time he’s ever even tried it. I don’t really care if he does or not, but it was nice to see he was finally comfortable enough with us to try it. Here he is on the couch last night and roaching during the afternoon.
